Return Policy

Returns are gladly accepted for exchange or credit when:

1. The product was damaged in transit to your stated address.
2. The product contains a publisher’s flaw.
3. The product was erroneously invoiced.

Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt and notify us of any potential returns within 7 days of receipt.  No merchandise will be accepted for returns 30 days or more past receipt.  Shipping costs are not eligible for exchange or credit.  

To return merchandise, please call us and arrange for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.  Our contact hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 to 6:00 pm, MST, with no daylight savings time. Please pack materials securely.  Use our packing materials whenever possible.

We highly recommend sending returns via a traceable express courier and insuring the package.  If damage occurs in transit, it is your responsibility; we will not give credit for merchandise that is damaged in transit.  Returns should be addressed to:
